TechFix is so committed and determined to fix issues no matter what. Also they update you with all challenges and their solutions as well. I like their quality of work and their convenient prices. I really appreciate what they have done to save my computer. They changed the motherboard, SSD hard disk and did the windows installation with around 1k AED although they took more than 10 days in troubleshooting and fixing things related to the old motherboard and didn't charge me for that. BTW, it took Lenovo a week to troubleshoot the issue and came back with a recommendation to change the motherboard only with 2.3K AED and didn't notice the Hard disk problem. Also they delivered it to me although they are far away from me. Thanks. ~ Fatema G

I really want to share my experience with you guys. I have a Macbook and the Logicboard was faulty. I went to the Apple store and asked them to fix it as I had very important data but the Apple Store suggested changing the Logicboard. Under this circumtstance I would have lost my data as this Logicboard has built-in storage. Then I contacted these guys and asked them if there was any way to save my data and they said Yes, I don't know how they did this but they made my day when they told me that my data was saved as they worked on the Logicboard swapping parts, did a lot of technical work which only some professionals can do and at the end, my data was saved and also they were able to repair my own Logicboard which was rejected by Apple Store. At the end of the day I have my system in the working condition. I really recommend this team to everyone as they are the best in their field and also they have very reasonable prices. ~ Sibel F

I would rate 10 stars if I could! Mumtaz attended to my laptop which I use extensively for business in person whilst I waited and Syed greeted and assisted me on arrival at their offices. Fast, efficient, professional, personal and impressive. Even better, they also resolve cell phone issues. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Techfix! And now I need to add, had to go back with other issues and once again, Mumtaz sorted, resolved with speed and so professional! And even fixed my ifone airpods, saving me an absolute fortune. It's been more than a month or two, but I do remember the wonderful experience getting my MacbooKPro serviced @ TechFix. Apple @DubaiMall gave up saying they cant fix my Keyboard (both external and internal keyboard doesn't work, very weird issue) and I was suggested to go for the complete panel replacement which comes with a battery, keyboard, touchpad and palmrest which is almost half of the notebook, with NO Guarantee Fix. TechFix did a gr8 job of replacing only Keyboard at nominal charge and its literally gave a rebirth to my notebook. Mr.Faisal, You & Your Team are fantastic, concerned and approchable. Excellent team and required service provided in timely manner. I was struggling to get my personal data out from my macbook with logicboard failure for months. They have managed to extract all files in less than 24h. On top of everything, they have managed even to fix my macbook with a special discounted price. Delivery of the extracted data and the fixed macbook were expedited according to my personal needs. Amazing and efficient communication and expected service that ended even better I have expected . Customer service is great, delivery guys are great and also when they say they will be here at certain time, they does exactly that. I had a problem with my laptop and I contacted them within some few minutes they were at my door step to pick up the laptop. I’m so happy with the way they handle things and deal with clients. These guys fixed my pc when other companies I tried said it couldn’t be fixed. I cannot thank them enough for repairing my HP All In One pc without the loss of any data or installed apps. Don’t bother checking with anyone else. These guys are the best and saved me having to buy a new pc which would have cost more than the repair. The team is well equipped and professional. I fixed both my Mac laptop and iphone and was satisfied. They process was transparent and they explained well what is the diagnosis and the fixing which is required. The place might be little hard to find at first as it’s located within the Bussiness center of a building but they were worth it plus they offered me free delivery since I lived nearby. I would highly recommend them if u have any laptop or phone issues. ~ Film H

.Late delivery and pick up , EVERY TIME and sometimes even not coming. After the repair, there is always collateral damage done to the computer. . I have been having an issue for days, none of them can fix it, and if they do, it is short-term. . Now I have a blue screen and can’t do anything. Along with all this, the price is incompeting. However I like the staff. That is the reason for my 5 stars. Now, it’s not bad, it’s certainly good, however there is space for improvement. ~ Amihan A

My MacBook Pro suffered from water damage and I contacted TechFix through WhatsApp. They were extremely responsive, replied timely and collected my laptop from my house within a day. I am very happy with their service as they are extremely professional, use genuine parts and give you the best price (the pick and drop plus diagnosis was free). I had given my macbook to apple authorised service center and they diagnosed to find my mother board is faulty and charged me AED 2,700 (motherboard)+ 265(for diagnostics). I didn't change my mother board from there. Googled and foundout techfix, not only they collected and delivered on time, but they fixed at a very very reasonable price. Quick and efficient! Collected my laptop and had it fixed for a great price in 2 days and returned it at my address. Really great service. Thank you!! Edit 😞😞😞😞 Shortly after that the motherboard of my computer failed. ========================== I found techfix over a google search and I loved absolutely everything they did to help me fix the problem with my macbook pro. My screen had to be changed. I could pay them online before service and I could trust them with that. They were very timely. I am a big fan of getting my mac book fixed by apple so i went to dubai mall at the apple store. After a 3hr wait i got my turn at the genius bar and they told me it will take a week to fix my computer. Then i messaged tech fix and i got an almost instant reply. They have a pickup service but i wanted to hand deliver my computer so i went and dropped my laptop at 3pm and it was fixed the very next day and shipped to my apartment by 11am. Techfix are simply great , the team are very informative and have wide professional and technical knowledge , they managed to repair my tablet which several other shops have failed or apologized from receiving it due to the difficulty of the job , but not with Techfix , they did the job perfectly and have delivered the tablet to my work place fast... you wont regret dealing with them ..thumbs up Techfix team ~ Anas B

Great service. I was very worried at first as my life is on my HP laptop and it stopped working. I was concerned it would be very expensive and I would lose my data. But the team were very quick to collect it and diagnose it and were clear in communication on works and cost and timelines. My iPhone 14 Pro Max fell and broke the back glass. I inquired at the Apple service center, but they quoted an exorbitant amount that was unaffordable. I found TechFix service center that repaired it within a day, picking up and delivering the phone at my doorstep for a very low cost and with good quality. My Macbook Pro's keyboard stopped working during a very important week and I came across TechFix on Google. Was a bit apprehensive initially but, Faisal and the team at TechFix did an amazing work in a very short time. Faisal waited at the office after working hours to collect the Macbook and dropped it back after fixing it.
